A movie that makes you feel a lot of good,some bad,some some cant describe. You either feel disturbed by the character. Or you feel bad for him. Its your choice what you make of this movie. You either decide its a horrible or wonderful movie.
I feel bad. He has stage fright and when he pauses, people laugh and then he feels subconscious.
This is incredible hearing how the director plans out every intricate detail.
This movie is just brilliant. It came up to be one of the best films done in the decade. Its direction and photography are really pleasing and excellent. Joaquin Phoenix acting is spectacular. And it's a powerful competitor for the Best Actor in a Leading Role and the movie itself for the Best Picture award. When I saw this movie it remembered me a lot to Martin Scorsese's Taxi Driver (1976) due to its cinematic references to the classic. It was definitely worth the money and time. And after years of a lot of superhero movies coming from Marvel Studios, this one comes (in my opinion) as a very needful type of movie these days. A serious, dark, with a bit of funny moments movie. To see Arthur Fleck A.K.A. Joker, Joaquin Phoenix) transform from a relatively "normal" guy to a crazy, obscure man because of all the revelations and life problems he has to go through, is just, as mentioned before, brilliant. Also adding that the script, was written as a new origin for Batman's enemy, the direction and acting from Phoenix and that its final minutes are just excellent, makes this movie as named in the title, an authentic masterpiece.
This trailer hyped me a lot, now I'm gonna try to forget all that what I've seen here until october. This is what I want for a comic-adaptation, tired of the lazy funny Marvel movies that don't even try to tell actual stories anymore. I remember watching this yeaaaars ago when Mom and I was in the appliance store buying TV. Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 best song. Movies are of two types. One is joker 2nd is others.

Absolutely brilliant performance from Joaquin Phoenix. Everything was just perfect. Perfect portrayal of a lunatic supervillain. In a world where we hail the heroes, this movie has given us the chance to see the darker side of an Anti Hero. It also gives a vivid description of the inequal social structure in the present time. If this movie does not win the Oscar then the award itself will lose its value.
There was a 6 year old and his mother in the cinema when I was seeing this movie, the mother then complained to the staff about showing brutal scenes to her young child, and she had a massive argument for like 20 minutes and finally they had to kick her out, yep thats the state of people where I live. Great acting in the movie by this legend. Even after watching the movie this is still one of the greatest movie trailers ever made. What a MASTERPIECE this is gonna be.
The first 1B Rated-R movie of all time. The most profitable comic book movie ever. This movie is a masterpiece. Glad to be alive to watch it. This was special. No one will ever forget this! It was truly refreshing, to see a brilliant interpretation of such a complex character. A very high bench mark, which all future villainous portrayals should be trying to reach. I won't hold my breath, RIP. Hopefully we get joker part 2 where Joaquin plays the joker at his prime.
It was a phenomenal movie, with a tone that DC seem to always get right, wether it's the Dark Knight trilogy or Joker, it delivers again and again. The cinematography is beautiful and Joaquin Phoenix's performance is some of the best acting i've seen in a while. The colours of the film stand out and Robert De Niro shines in the role of Murray Franklin. Todd Philips has really outdone himself with this movie and I very much recommend that you go and see it. Fire everyone making the DCU movies and put this guy in please. Is it just me or the whole world noticed Joaquin Phoenix is a left handed writer. I love the first 3 minutes of the video. Batman : Let her go! Joker lets her go. Batman : NANIIII.
Joker: just go! Also Joker: RAAAAAA. scares the poor dude) My Dad: starts laughing. I was waiting for that to happen. Me:🙄. All I can say is, either we as fans continue letting Phoenix carry the torch or we let it rest with Ledger at his grave. Not gonna lie I was a LITTLE scared for Gary. Hmm... where is a clapping scene? it is really realistic as method acting. and also hit me! is the best scene I think. Imagine if he asked if he wants to hear a joke. Poor Arthur man hes having a bad life and the way that he shot Maurry in the head was intense.
